We meet 4 times during your pregnancy to:
explore together what is happening in your body, understand the mechanics of labour and prepare for your postpartum.
Together we work on your mindset, your confidence and your autonomy. I help you navigate doubts and anxieties. I provide you with concrete information, non-judgmental listening and caring support throughout your pregnancy, whatever path it takes.
After the birth, I come to your home twice, to concretely meet your needs as a new mum. INCLUDED: the postnatal treatment with pelvic closing, to pamper you and honour your body.

A personalised online support via video call is absolutely possible.
Because every woman deserves quality support, I offer an instalment payment plan. You pay €200 upon booking, the rest is spread out until your last session.
Also think about your health insurance, your birth allowance, or your baby registry, some health insurance plans reimburse doula sessions.
Créa Mama workshop
Pregnancy is so much more than a due date. It is a transformation worth celebrating.
Créa Mama is a gentle and creative workshop for mums-to-be who want to treat themselves to a moment just for them, among women, in joy and kindness.
You leave with a unique creation, made by your own hands, that will accompany you through the important moments. It is a wonderful tool for the day of your birth!

This treatment is ideally offered in the first days of the postpartum period.

Rebozo First Experience
Never tried the rebozo before?
This treatment is made for you. The rebozo is a beautiful Mexican shawl with a soft, supple and comforting weave. It invites you to slow down and let yourself be pampered.
Session outline:
- A warm moment to get to know each other
- Massage of the body's extremities: feet – hands – head, the winning trio
- A full body wrapping combining closings and rocking movements with the rebozo

The Merveilleux rebozo

Baby - Parent Workshops
The first months with your baby are both intense, wonderful and sometimes exhausting.
These workshops are warm and practical spaces to learn simple techniques and build a bond with your little one.
You can choose between an individual workshop, fully personalised, or a group workshop to meet other parents living the same adventure.

Learn to carry your baby close to you: they will feel safe against you, and for you: what comfort!

Massage is the first language between you and your child. Learn simple techniques to soothe, relieve and enjoy a tender moment together.

Baby Signing Workshop
Because your baby has things to say long before they can speak.
Signs inspired by sign language give them a voice and offer you unforgettable moments of closeness.
- Sign Discovery Workshop with your baby: learning the first signs, signed nursery rhymes and signed readings to ease communication at home.
- Signs & Nursery Rhymes Workshop: introduction of new signs around a theme (emotions, animals, Christmas, spring, etc.). A fun and stimulating moment for your baby with signed readings and nursery rhymes.

Babywearing workshops will guide you through your babywearing journey, safely for your baby and comfortably for you.
You will be able to try, handle and test the most widely used ergonomic baby carriers today, such as: woven wraps, stretchy wraps, ring slings, structured ergonomic carriers, the Meh Dai... and find the one that truly suits you.
Do you already own a carrier that was given to you as a gift? We will take the time to check together whether it is suitable for your baby, and I will guide you through how to use it with plenty of tips and advice.

Throughout the sessions, you will learn simple massage techniques adapted to each area of the body. You will leave with practical tools, easy to reproduce at home to carry the benefits into everyday life.
