These General Terms of Sale govern all services provided by Les Mères'veilleuses, represented by Laura Deschamps as a doula and parental support professional.

Service prices are listed on the website and may change without notice. Prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payments may be made by bank transfer, check, or cash. Full payment must be made before services are rendered unless otherwise specified in a contract. Payment plans may be arranged upon request and specified in the contract.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by email upon booking. Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur fees unless due to force majeure.

5. Liability

Laura Deschamps commits to providing services with care but is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from advice or support given.

6. Confidentiality

Confidentiality of client information shared during support sessions is strictly maintained.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Clients have 14 days from contract signing to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for specific contracts or services fully performed within this period.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The terms are subject to French law. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
